Motifs, Flowers, Doilies, Easter Eggs, Peacock, Edging, Necklace, Bookmarks and Earrings

Marie show some of her "Baubles and Motifs". The vintage Daisy Motif was made in size 20 Lizbeth thread Med Leaf Green and Autumn Spice. Followed by a section of the Heart Doily pattern by Iris Niebach done in pearl cotton #8 with pearl beads.

JB tatted egg #2 from the Tatted Easter Egg book in Lizbeth's Pink Parade size 20.

Frivole started the peacock all over again and she loves the combination of motifs in the tail. The pattern didn't seem to say what the picture was showing so she just followed the picture.

Mariya doesn't like big projects so last week she designed these pansies and the pattern is on her pattern page. The threads are left top is Daphne 10, right top is YarnArt Canarias and the bottom is YarnArt Tulip. She didn't like the thread she was using for the Lucky Clover doily, so she started it again and this one lays flatter. The first one has been pulled into shape and is looking better. The white mystery doily previously posted is actually the DW logo for the new Dr Who.

Jessica has been experimenting with tatting with yarn and this is the beginning of a shawl using an insertion pattern from one of the Priscilla Tatting books. She is planning on 6 rows and has 2 white rows done and the start on the purple row.

Linda used Marilee Rockley's necklace pattern called "Ripple" and added a Resin Fairy Charm and Flat Spirals she won for her wall hanging.

Cindy has her Tat Along done, although she had some issues with attaching everything properly. In size 40, the finished size was a bit small to use as a coaster at work. Next up is to finish this edging.

Diane has some more of Kersti's Stumpy bookmark pattern tatted this time in Sulky blendables Autumn colour. Then there is Red Brick. Which gives her another batch of finished motifs to send off to Chris. The next one is a mystery thread since it's the thread that was already on the shuttle.

Fox has tatted another egg from the Tatted Easter Egg. This Iris Niebach design she thinks she just going to quit. On the other hand, Calendula, also by Iris Niebach from Tatting Fantasia was a satisfying tat.

Orsi has finished her napkin and shows it in the napkin ring. A special napkin, for special occasions.

Sherry has some quad pens available with different sizes of hooks in a single pen. She used silver embroidery thread and diachronic glass to make these earrings.

Sue tatted the Flower Burst Doily from the Ultimate Book of Tatted Doilies with size 40 Lizbeth Tropical Punch and Lemon Yellow. This suncatcher is done in size 40 Lizbeth Juicy Watermelon and has already been claimed by her husband. The flowers have become a new favourite to tat.
