Hearts, Windmills and Treble Clef

Fox finishes her 25 with Sherry's Musical Note and Martha Ess's Tiny Forsythia Heart from "Tat's Amoré". Wanda celebrated Tatting Tea Tuesday with a lovely story about pancakes and races to go with her tatting. Check out the heart shaped tea cup on the tatted doily.
Jeff was finally able to procure the Konior book he has been looking for through Abebooks and recommends it as a source for hard to find tatting books. He has progressed on the Windmills doily and is pleased that the slope and roll join has allowed him to use the variegated thread without the dreaded colour spot problem. A side effect of this join is that it has created a wonderful textured effect on the back of the motif that highlights the windmill design. Cool!
Marty is showing us the hearts she did for the Valentine's exchange. The Butterfly Heart bookmark is from Dianna Stevens' Animal Bookmarks: A Tatted Zoo. The ornament is an adaptation of Iris Niebach's Cornelia from Tatted Doilies. The last heart is the one Marty created for the Design-Tat course which she did again because this one has a pair of mismatched rings. Just a reminder, there will be a new course starting in March.

I would like to start the challenge again please.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but I was wondering, if you start a new challenge can you use a pattern you used in a previous challenge but in a different thread? Or, does it have to be totally new patterns?

Of course you can tat the same motif again. You can tat all different motifs or a bunch of the same one or a mix of whatever you like. The challenge is to tat 25 motifs of any kind in a 12 month period.
