Crosses, Scrunchies, Bookmarks and Banners!

This is, obviously, my first post as a contributor to the Challenge Page. Please bear with me! Funny I should mention bear, as that's what putting this together is. I have more respect for Sharon than I would ever have imagined. Thank you so much Sharon for all that you have done keeping this challenge alive! If I have left anyone out, mislabeled anything, or misnumbered anything, please correct me kindly and then forgive me. I'll do better next time!

Alan tatted these lovely crosses while on hurricane watch. I need to follow his example and tat instead of snacking! What lovely results. Five Star Cross and Hearts & Flowers Cross By Sharon Briggs

DMC Cebelia #20 white and Kreinik Metallic size #8, gold

Great job Alan!

Here is Jeanne's take along project and a beautiful one. Check her page for pattern information. This is motif #15 for Jeanne!

Tara is celebrating Wonder Wednesday. Here is a picture of her handsome little man. This is a great post to enlighten us on the subject of Autism. Please read!

Nita tatted these lovely bookmarks from Nancy Tracy's design. The tan and ecru is #20 DMC cordonnet. The purple one is Yarnplayer's HDT. Who wouldn't be proud to mark their place with one of these? These are #14 for Nita.

Ais has received the last of three packages from Dave. Look at the lovely custom ordered items. Lucky girl!

Bonnie has revisited a favorite cross pattern by Julie Patterson named Hearts and Flower Cross Bookmark and tatted it with Yarnplayer's Lola. It is for her friend Nicole who is having surgery this Friday. I know she will love it. Tami shares a banner with us that is made for families of servicemen in harm's way. This is a very inspirational post to read. Thank you so much to all of the families who are missing their loved ones.

Wendy shares some good pattern links with us today. Thank you Wendy!

Maria finished her first 25 motifs in March 2007, but she has decided to start again. Here is her first entry a pin in cro-tatting that she designed by herself.

Clyde has received the "I Love Your Blog" award and has passed it to several people. Well done Clyde!
Diane has been a very bad girl. Take a look at her new shipment from Handy Hands.
Jon has revisited her "Heart O Daisy" in pink and blue. Very pretty!
Marilee gives us another sneak peak into her future book. We are all so anxious!
Lady Shuttle Maker is teasing us again. Keep watching for her TIAS on September 10th!
