Marta made this set for a special friend.
Linda has twelve Crinoline Ladies ready to be added to CQ blocks and embroidered. The pattern is from Pam Palmer's Tatting Treats Two and this tatted embroidered lady was added to a round robin block for Ruby.
Kat got the pictures of her tatted Makena ornaments done. The turquoise one doesn't have beads but the others do on all the joining picots. She may have to take a break from tatting for a while as she broke the needle she uses to work with size 20 thread.
Kathy found that a metal filigree backing gave just the right touch of stability to the gold tatted Patchwork Motif by Mary Konior to enable it to be used as a pendant.
Liyarra is proceeding with her bookmarks. Julie Patterson's Wishbones pattern always comes out nice. Here it's done in Lizbeth size 20 Springtime. Easter Daisy is her own pattern tatted in size 40 Venus thread. The Spiral bookmark found on Gina's site done first without actually reading the pattern, and the second time after reading in Anchor 12 perle thread.
Stephanie Grace is starting another round of the challenge and has plans to tat all 25 by the end of July. She has a good start with this crop done in Lizbeth size 20 the first one is Lizbeth 651 and the second Lizbeth Gold. Followed Seashells, and Peacock Blues. The latter had some added decor and is off to Hawaii.
Sue tatted Mary Konior's Asters edging from Tatting with Visual Patterns and added it to a headband. It's tatted in Lizbeth size 40 Juicy Watermelon with red beads. She checked Traditional Tatting Patterns edited by Rita Weiss out of the library and found a beautiful square doily called Filigree Scroll she wanted to try. She used HDTs; size 40 Celery by YarnPlayer, and size 50 Fushia by LadyShuttlemaker and she loves the way its turning out.
