Bookmark, Motifs, Necklace, Doilies, Cross and Edging

Joy tried a rayon variegated green thread to make this motif and although it worked and it looks pretty, it's only 3.5 inches across. She has plans to try it again in Lizbeth variegated purple, but in the interim she's going to finish this necklace she started with the freshwater pearls worked in, IF she can remember the stitch count.

Michelle met up with Cindy who is both generous and talented and after finding self-threading and chenille needles she made little needle cases for Michelle and her daughter. Then Michelle received some Workbaskets, one of which had a lovely motif in it that she tatted and attached to her needle case. It's absolutely adorable.
Anika will have this design up in a few days as soon as she gets it rewritten and figures out how to get it in PDF format.

Brigitte rediscovered some Opera thread she has in my size 20 stash and she made this rose cross designed by Lily Qualls Morales with a few alterations to make it in one round and not having the pattern with her she adjusted the stitch count a little.

Diane has ordered some more shuttles and some size 50 HDT, Confetti Sprinkles from LadyShuttleMaker, and used them to tat a terrific Spinning Wheel glass mat. Then she remembered that, she too, had Old-Fashioned Tatting Patterns Book 1, edited by Barbara Foster and seeing the edging that Cindy did, she had to try it using the left over Confetti Sprinkles from LadyShuttleMaker. Beautiful.

Wendy tatted this bookmark from a design by Nancy Tracy for a Bookmark Swap for the Crafts Forum on Forums America using Flora 20 in Purple and Yellow.
