BevM has joined the challenge and she has a couple of delicate little designs done in size 100 thread, Jon Yusoff's Spring Blossom and Sweet Rose from her Tatted Snowflakes Collection book.
Alizandria is joining the challenge and she has tatted this clover and chain repeat in size 5 Opera and Fancy Snowflake from Easy Tatting by Rozella Linden aka Ruth Perry in crochet cotton size 10 with a metallic filament.
Orsi has finished her motif and edging. The motif makes a pretty accent to the edging on the napkin, and it could be used as a snowflake or it might even have some additional rows done to make it into a doily.

Nancy tatted an "O" bookmark for Ondrea charms of her favourite things attached.
Linda made several CQ cards decorated with tatting to give to veterans in the nursing home for Valentine's Day. An incredibly touching idea that I'm sure the recipients will love. The Chinese Coin Bookmark designed by Jon Yusoff has 2 versions and Linda did it in one pass using Lizbeth #147 in size 20.
Bonnie insists she's not a designer, but here are several variations of an original barrette she created that the recipients are thrilled with. She did the first one and didn't like the gap in the centre, so she added some bling and had instant success.
Fox and Wanda both decided to test tat each others patterns and they coincidentally both chose to do it in red. Fox started Phaedra from my Tatted Flurries in size 40 but decided that it was going to come out smaller than she wanted, so she switched to tatting Iris Neibach's Gardenia but ran in to some problems.
Katherinne managed to complete a couple of projects; the Overlapping Chains Bookmark and the Featherline Snowflake, tatted in Lizbeth size 20, in Dusty Rose Lt, Spring Garden, Antique Violet, and Boysenberry Dk. Both patterns are by Jon Yusoff.
Lily finished the Posy Necklace she was working on in Lizbeth size 20 in Red Burst, with tiny seed beads and copper lobster clasp. Then she did the Bedazzled Butterfly from Marilee Rockley in size 10 purple from Aunt Lydia, with crystal beads in the body and cat's eyes in the antenna, but she doesn't like the cat's eyes because they are a little heavy for the pattern making the head tilt.
Martha spotted a teeny tiny miniature tatted doily in the "Miniature World of Faith Bradford" at the Smithsonian American History Museum.
Sue went on a shopping spree over Christmas and with her new threads and books she's got some WIPs almost finished. The Flat Butterfly from the book Christmas Angels and Other Tatting Patterns by Monica Hahn was done in Iris Bouquet HDT from Crochet4U2Dye4 size 20.

I am so impressed with BevM's size 100 snowflakes. They're gorgeous! I bought some King Tut quilting thread almost a year ago and I still haven't been able to work up the courage to try tatting with it.
I decided this year I would join in the fun with the 25 motif challenge. I just started working through the Priscilla tatting books on my website, snapdragonlace.com. My plan is to not just try to patterns, but to also get them to work and then write them up in more modern shorthand with my notes about what I did and what I would do differently.
Not sure what I need to do to be "officially" part of the 25 motif challenge, but the top of the page just says to leave a comment with my link, so there it is.
