Leaves, Motifs, Heart, Flowers, Snowflakes, Dragon, Edging and Butterflies

Yvonne tatted Canadian Sugar Maple leaf and it was designed by Gale Marshall in Lizbeth Falling Leaves.
Marta finishes off her 25 by tatting some designs in miniature in Madeira Metallic thread. Not having a gold hoop the right side she strung gold beads on 2 strands of thread and while it worked it wasn't as stiff as she wanted it. So she thinks sewing these on the dark fabric, you can trim like a circle of plastic, might be a good solution.

Lily tatted Joy's Heart by Sandra Scales to embellish a dress and added a longer picot in the centre that she could add a crystal to. She has tatted 2 more of Linda's Old Tulip, one in DMC cotton perle size 8 in color 718 and Coats size 20 in baby pink, while the other is Tridalia Super by Coats in a pink grapefruit color.

Sue received some of Heather's Harvest Time HDT in size 30 and tatted a triangular motif from DMC Library Tatting and joined the triangles together as closely as possible. She's hoping to make a small doily.

Diane has finally completed her October snowflake. It's a pattern from DMC Festive Tatting, done in DMC perle cotton size 12.

Fox has finished the Seahorse Dragon from Anne Bruvold and Deb Arnold using HDT from Karey Solomon.

Kathy tatted Butterfly Twins by Eliz Davis and found that it was a quick pattern to test out variegated threads. She mounted one in a pendant and two more on a greeting card. She found some eye glass leashes and added some of her mounted motifs to make instant necklaces.

Kelly tatted an edging on a hankie and made another baby bonnet for her mother to take to a baby shower. She has included the little poem that goes with it on her blog.
