Marie has encapsulated a unakite cabochon using two strands of metallic gold sewing thread to make a pendant.
JB tatted Egg #12 in HDT colour "Snowflake" by Marilee Rockley. Egg #23 was tatted in another HDT colour Cloud 9 also by Marilee Rockley. And here is her Easter tree with all the lovely eggs on it.
Laurette used Lizabeth Denim Whisper #120 to tat design 52 from Tatting - 60 Original Lace Treasures by Christel Weidman.
Jess tatted the centre for Iris Neibach's "Nora" doily from Tatted Doilies in her own Rainbow-licious Size 40 and attached it to a hair clip. Jess started Anne Bruvold's Dragon wing doily in one of her recent dye colour trials. The final doily is paired up with the One Shuttle Chevron Heart by Jess.
Axa tatted a celtic style egg by Helen Bailey using Anchor Artiste size 20.
Garyo has found the magic thread technique, where a loop of thread is tatted over and used to pull the finishing ends in, works very well on the motifs used in this piece.
Jessica has been working on her tatted garland for Christmas this year and emptying shuttles for the upcoming Shuttlebirds event.
Linda always manages to get some tatting on her CQ blocks. Like the butterfly on this heart.
Ancolie did another ATC for May embellished with a flower motif.
Diane tried out another of the Sulky blendable colours, Caramel Apple, using Kersti's Stumpy, of course.
Fox used the new #40 thread from Jess on this edging and she likes how the dark colour is consistently at the top. She was sent a picture of Karen's Tischband tatting. The first one is in Finca thread that Fox sent her and the second one was done in size 40 Olympus. The bookmark is a Lenore English pattern, tatted in and unknown #40 with silk from Krystle with three different colours of beads.
Katherinne was really pleased at how this celtic knot cross was coming out, until she realized that she had missed a picot and 5 stitches on one of the early chains. Of course she didn't notice it until the cross was almost completed.
Kathy's Easter display includes the collar by Gloria Crowther and the felt bag she did last year decorated with a ’string’ of Eliz Davis’ butterflies. Above the word “spring’ is a bookmark by Julie Patterson, done in Caron Wildflower thread.
Michelle's sister asked her to tat a ladybug, and using Jon's pattern for a daisy as inspirations this is what she came up with. Diane sent her some Oliver Twist thread and each sample was just the right size for this Mary Konior cross. She ordered a quad pen and some HDT from Sherry and used it to tat this Mary Konior cross. She tatted some of Wanda's bunny pattern for two young ladies. Here's a picture of all of the Oliver Twists thread crosses taken in daylight. Lastly here is a modified version of the Green Knots pattern available at inTatters.
Sherry worked on this medallion tatted in Pear Glace size 20 HDT.
Tattabugg joined the Spring exchange on intatters and tatted her favourite butterfly, the Pipevine Swallowtail pattern by Debbie Arnold. The black thread is size 80 DMC and the lovely blue variegated is either yarnplayers Aqua Bay or one from ladyshuttlemaker, but it's tag is missing and she's not sure.
