Doily, Edgings, Necklace and Baby Booties

Nami tatted this doily in fine black thread which took a long time to make. Black thread is hard enough to work with but it would be an extra challenge to work with a fine thread. The finished piece is beautiful and dramatic.

Ann entered Diane's giveaway for a Tulip crochet hook and commented that if she was getting rid of the flat little box they came in, she'd give it a good home. Diane obliged and sent her both box and hook which Ann has displayed here were her Grandma's tatting and vintage shuttles.

Fox has been struggling along with roll tatting working through one of Mary Konior's patterns called Lupins. It's one of the few designs that uses roll tatting, so it's not like there's a lot of choice, but it was driving her crazy until Ann sent her a simple translation.

Krystle has gone into full scale jewellery mode with her new business, Krystledawne Fine Lace Jewelry. This is one of her new pieces.
Mica tatted baby booties for a friend in DMC Cebelia size 30 in 2 shades of blue 797 and 800.
