Motifs,Hearts, Snowflakes, Teddy Bear, Earrings, Coaster

Sue tatted a small motif from Tatting with Anne Orr in Yarnplayer's Corsage size 40, but she wanted do do something a little bigger to really show off the thread and used the Snow Crystals Round Motif in The Tatter's Treasure Chest edited by Mary Carolyn Waldrep. She had been trying to get decent pictures using a camera, but scanners work much better.
Ann won a giveaway from Wendy at Umi & Tsuru and her prize was a freestyle tatted piece from Mary Konior's Tatting With Visual Patterns in the colour of her choice.
Katherinne designed these earrings but can't decide which version she likes the best.

Bonnie tatted Eliz Davis' Teddy Bear in size 20 Lizabeth thread in a tan colour for a friend's birthday. She liked the way it turned out but thinks it needs a splash of colour, so she may make some balloons for it to hold when she attaches it to a blank card.
Nita tatted this heart pattern designed by Becky Dempsey in size 20 DMC Cebelia. The snowflake is Ben Fikkert's design that she has tatted several times. This one was tatted in size 20 thread and had 3 auroraborealis seed beads added to the middle picot of each ring to make it sparkly. Betsy Dempsey's heart was done again, this time in variegated Lizbeth thread in size 20, with a teardrop bead in the center of the large ring at the beginning and an extra picot on the outside chains to shape the heart better.
