Snowflakes, Heart, Bracelet and TIAS

Fiyero is another pottery artist who has joined the challenge and his first piece is "5th Day of December" from Lene Bjørn's "24 Snowflakes in Tatting" done in Omega size 30 thread.
NancyD tatted the Festive Snowflake a pattern by Sandy from the Handy Hands Newsletter in Lizbeth "Confetti" in size 20.
Ann was hoping for something more like Sherry's Mojo, but her TIAS for day 10 is looking like a rooster.
Rayanna's day 10 is also looking like a cockerel.

M tatted SweetHeart by Birgit Phelps in Lizbeth size 20, col 623. Diane has succumbed to temptation again and bout another GMA shuttle and some more HDT. The thread is Marilee's Forest size 30 used in Christina, from Tatted Bookmarks - cross-shaped by Lene Bjorn. Heather has roosters popping up all over with 2 variations of TIAS for Day 10.
Kelly had everything required for a perfect day of tatting so she had caught up on the TIAS and still managed to work on a bracelet for her Saturday outing.

Hearts, Motifs, Doilies and TIAS

Christy joins the challenge with a tatted variation of one of Martha's teapots.
Alba Alicia has completed another doily.
NancyD used some left over thread to tat an edging from the Big Book of Tatting and used it to decorate a candle. Shanan tatted days 8 and 9of TIAS which is looking remarkably like a rooster.

Fox tatted Mary Konior's Patchwork in Marilee's Garden Afternoon and Cébélia #20 in green.
Rayanna has Day 8 and 9 of TIAS done with a little help from her friend Carol.
M tatted The Brain created by Martha Ess. Then she tatted Heart's Desire by Susan K Fuller in Lizbeth size 20, col 142 & col 145 several times because she miscalculated the length of thread required and had to start again, that was after an attempt at making it in red and black where the chains didn't look right. Vanessa tatted this design by Jon Yusoff in Lizbeth 20 although she thinks she prefers the feel of Altin Basak.
Mica started this project some time ago, but recently picked it up to finish it. The inspiration came from one of the Japanese tatting books but it isn't exactly like the patterns there so she thinks she must have developed her own version. Tatted in DMC 80 black with brown seed beads found at Michael's, it measures about 3 inches in diameter.
Linda has day 8 of TIAS done, but feels she should have used a bigger bead.

Vinnie has finally settled on the motif mobile she wants in her car. The glue stiffener makes it shine in the sunlight. Heather is another one who has completed day 9 of TIAS. Marty posted these earrings she made for her mother years ago, tatted from Mary Konior's rose doodle pattern from the book "Tatting with Visual Patterns."

Hearts, Bookmarks, Crosses, TIAS and Snowflakes

Alba Alicia joins the challenge with an earring and a doily. Sharon tatted Mary Konior's Queen of Hearts again, this time in Lizbeth 20 Carribean. Then she had to tat lots of little butterflies to empty her shuttles.
NancyD tatted this pattern from Be-stitched in Lizbeth thread size 20, color "Country Side".

Rayanna tatted the ring from designer Marilee Rockley called "Remembrance" in blue for her daughter's friend, Emily and added a clear rose button to it.

Anne has been tatting but not blogging. She has been working on both the centre piece and some Christmas gifts. Let's hope she remembers where she put them 11 months from now. And so that she wouldn't lose her place, Dr Who needed a bookmark. Bev has tatted "Beauty Spots" another of Mary Konior's delightful patterns, a tribute in memory of this prolific and well loved tatter.
Diane tatted these crosses from Lene Bjorn's Tatted Bookmarks - cross-shaped. The green one is Christina in Flora #228 and the blue is Maria in Lizbeth #651. Heather has day 8 of TIAS done. Kelly had day 7 of the TIAS done and is eagerly awaiting the next installment. Krystle did some trial batches of thread and she's offering the HDT at a reduced rate. The colour shown here is "Watermelon" Sherry remembers all the lovely patterns created by Mary Konior and honours her with this picture of one of Mary's designs, "Large Cross" from her book Tatting with Visual Patterns, which Sherry tatted in her own "Sunset Clouds" HDT.

Hearts, Dragon, Rose, Edging, and Jewellery

Sharon found this little heart motif a fun design to work but she doesn't know the designer. She copied it from the internet but the designer's name wasn't on it. Does anyone recognize it so that credit can be given? The Butterfly hearts are a pattern that came from a booklet by Karey Solomon. One of the ladies in Nancy's tatting group created a lovely stencilled card which Nancy has embellished with tiny bouquets of tatting.

Tatteristic had a bit of red thread left on the shuttle after doing some Christmas ornaments and decided to tat Paprika the Dragon, by Martha Ess.

Vanessa remembered this time to scan her tatting The square and diamond motifs are from Jane Eborall's site.

IsDihara tatted "Rose Doodle" by Mary Konior making wonderful use of a variegated thread to capture the true likeness of a rose. Vinnie's husband has just bought her a new car and now she's working on some tatting to adorn the interior. Will it be one of these or something totally different?

Heather has TIAS done for day 7. Krystle sent a friend some size 20 Lizbeth in her Ivria's Afternoon HDT and received back this adorable angel in tatting and hairpin lace. Wally tatted this edging on a hanky with a scalloped edge after trying out several other designs. Most edgings are straight along one side and don't allow for the undulation of a scalloped edge. The Spanish group is translating and modernizing the patterns from an old Priscilla book. One of the designs is a collar based on a hens and chick edging which incorporates bugle beads on the bare thread. Wally's version used size 10 thread and twisted beads with a matching pair of earrings.
