Bookmarks, Edging, Doilies, Gecko, Motifs, Dragons and Suncatcher,

Jane tatted  a snippet of the Flower Bookmark/Edging from Paradise Treasures to see if it would work out. The one she did years ago looks all right stuck on a piece of paper but it just doesn't seem stable enough for a bookmark.

Fox has made great progress on her edging, but even with input hasn't decided on the pink or the yellow inset. Interlocking rings are still proving to be a trial. She wasn't enthralled with how thick the Babylo 20 was in the doily she just completed so Frivole sent her some size 30 to try. Karen Bickerton's Gecko
pattern was done in  Lizbeth #40 for her grandson and after the torturous tatting, she hopes he likes it.

Jess has been using some of her HDT to tat and to embroider.

Marie tatted another of Anne Bruvold's dragons, this one in in Lizbeth, size 20, Springtime. Since one is never enough, she did another in Lizbeth, size 20, Cranberry Blush.

Sue has finished her large green suncatcher using the first 5 rounds from the Exquisite Luncheon Set in the book Tatting Doilies & Edgings edited by Rita Weiss worked in Yarnplayer's HDT Celery size 10 and 4mm Peridot Bicone beads, which will be a gift for a friend.
