Motifs, Teaching and Creating Designs Fabric Prints

Jessica will be teaching a beginning class and she plans on working with size 10 in class. She'll be starting them off with chains and she has a few samples she wants to do in size 3 so that they can really see the stitches.

Orsi was browsing through a book Book Moda/ Alta Moda and saw a 1994creation by Pierre Balmain which seemed to her to be very similar to tatting. So she tatted up in black and white and when displayed on black silk, it's very like the design on the dress. The close up shows the polka dots which could be duplicated by using white beads. Very interesting!
