Motifs, Edging, Seahorses, Bookmarks, Dragon and Turkey

Ingrid doesn't want to count this as her 25th motif because then she's be finished and she doesn't want to finish just yet. It's the Debbie Arnold and Anne Bruvold Seahorse Dragon collaboration done in Delta 10 crochet cotton from de Breicaravan in Dordrecht.
Orsi has a sketch of her evening gown completed, along with a sample of the lace for the wedge shaped insert on the long train. I'm not sure which I am more envious of, the gorgeous gown concept with the flowing lace train, or the body to wear it.

Linda has a felt Tom turkey, decorated with one half of Mary Konior's Curds and Whey done in Lizbeth's Falling Leaves size #20.

BSOTF shares the Secret Santa package she received with it's lovely bookmark and she shows us a bookmark she created that uses Christmas theme decorations.
Diane tried an Iris Niebach design from December 2002 and had such fun doing it that she repeated it reversing the colours.

Fox has finished sampling all of the Valdani threads, but this blue and yellow version doesn't appeal to her. She's still working away at her clunies and they improve the more she does them.

Laura has 2 version of Stumpy done in Lizbeth 20 shell colour on the left and perle 8 on the right. The seahorses are done in perle 8 on the left and Lizbeth 20 on the right.

Lily has been struggling with chains that don't lay right until she remembered a comment about pulling them tighter. Now the Arum Lily is looking more like it should.

Martha visited the North Carolina State Fair and took in some of the tatting. Check her blog for more pictures.

  1. Can I join up for a second go at the 25 motif challenge, please? After a few months off, I've picked up the shuttles again. Charlotte
